I’m Dr. Priyanka Venugopal—an ObGyn physician turned Stress and Weight Loss Coach.
I know exactly how it feels to “do it all” and still not feel at home in your body. I carried 60 extra pounds through medical training, 24-hour hospital shifts, and raising two kids—running on caffeine and cortisol while wondering why weight loss felt impossible even though I was a literal expert in women’s health.
