I value clarity and structure over indecision and overwhelm. If your calendar can’t support it, it’s not a winning strategy. I believe results come from plans that fit your real life hours, not fantasy versions of your week.

Rest + Fun Are Essential Fuel

I believe exhaustion is not a badge of honor and numbing out with snacking or scrolling isn’t real rest. Focused, joyful women solve problems faster, which is why real guilt-free rest and fun are non-negotiables—not luxuries.

Desire Outpaces Discipline

I believe “I want to” always wins over “I should” or “I have to.” Anchoring to WHY you want your goals creates conviction and commitment which is far more effective than white-knuckling with discipline or another to-do list.

I believe coaching is an active sport and one where we both play a role. We move at your pace individually, but you’re also propelled forward by the group. When one woman experiences a breakthrough, everyone benefits. My mission is that you never feel alone, stuck, or like you’re the only one struggling… because in my orbit, you’re not.

Even with my medical degree, the problem wasn’t knowing what to do—it was that the strategies I tried didn’t solve the real issues: I didn’t have a clear nutrition plan that supported my hormone health, and stress kept pulling me back to snacking and overeating.

That’s what sets my work apart. I don’t just teach you how to eat differently—I teach you how to dismantle stress at its root, retrain your natural hunger and satiety cues, and build a system that fits your actual life.   • Hit my heaviest weight at 200 pounds

  • Learned about Podcasts and was first introduced to mindset coaching
  • Joined my first group coaching program
  • Went on the journey to lose weight for the last time and lost 60 pounds over 18 months, feeling better as a human, mom, wife and physician.

2019
  • Had Baby V

2018

Had my first Baby (8/9/2015) as a chief resident

2015
  • Got married!
  • Started Medical School
  • Gained about 20 pounds.

2008

Grew up as a first generation immigrant daughter where I learned the value of hard work early on. Didn’t know much about “pop culture” other than the latest Bollywood hits (at least until middle school) and always felt like a little bit of an outsider.

PRE-2008

2008 to present

A Look Back

  • Started to hit personal bests with strength and endurance training.
  • Continued public speaking events speaking on topics that specifically impact high achieving professional women.
  • The Burn Stress Lose Weight Program became CME accredited
  • Hosted my first CME accredited retreat (Cabo!!) for professional women
  • Created a new group coaching experience: The Joyful Project

2025
  • Started public speaking events at women entrepreneur events physician wellness conferences and retreats.
  • Joined a book club!
  • Developed my signature 5-step process that I started teaching inside The Burn Stress Lose Weight Group Coaching Program


2024-2025

  • Moved from our rental into our dream home
  • Started lifting weights and focusing on strength

2023
  • Left clinical practice to completely focus on my mission and business
  • Launched my Podcast
  • Moved to the suburbs near Washington D.C.
  • Created The Unstoppable Group Coaching Program (now called Burn Stress Lose weight)
