There was always just a little more room to drop just a few more pounds.

Before my wedding, I convinced myself—based on some arbitrary number—that I needed to lose 15–20 pounds to look my best. So I created what I thought was the Cadillac of plans: endless treadmill sessions, meticulous calorie counting, and mountains of lettuce.

The 100-calorie oatmeal packets and rigid routine worked in the short term, and I hit my lowest weight for my wedding. But let’s be honest—no one dreams of living on oatmeal packets and lettuce forever. When I stopped, the weight inevitably came back.

Over the next 10 years—through medical school, residency, baby #1 and baby #2—life didn’t exactly slow down. Between exams, 24-hour shifts, and juggling family, food became my steady companion. It was there during late-night study sessions, my partner-in-crime after grueling hospital shifts, and the quick reward I leaned on at the end of an exhausting week.

I kept thinking: Once this season is over, then I’ll have time to focus on me.

I was never an overweight child but the size of my body was always something I thought about and the 90’s strongly informed what I thought was beautiful. 

That morning, the scale had tipped over 200 pounds, and despite what felt like endless nursing and pumping around the clock, the weight wasn’t “melting off” the way I thought it would.

On paper, my life looked A+: two (usually) sweet kids, a supportive husband, and the attending ObGyn career I had worked so hard to earn. But I didn’t feel A+.

I remember one morning in 2018, the frustration I was feeling while driving to work while pumping, my son was three, my daughter just a few months old. 

But the reality was: that moment never drops out of the sky.

I was running on caffeine and cortisol just to get through my weeks—sometimes going hours without eating, only to crash and pile on a nacho night to fill the hunger.

 I could double down for a few days or weeks, but the moment stress hit—an argument with my husband, a call from preschool, a sleepless night—I numbed out with Cool Ranch Doritos, a Netflix plop-down, and a couple glasses of wine. 

Even though I was a literal expert in women’s health, creating sustainable weight loss results felt impossible.

The stresses were still there.

And now, piled on top, I felt bloated, heavy, puffy and worse yet– had lost trust with myself by undoing a week’s worth of wins on the scale.

It finally hit me. Achieving success on the scale and feeling better in my very full life wasn’t about counting calories at all.

The solution was learning how to handle my stresses without relying on snacking and scrolling just to get by… and supporting my body (and metabolism!) with enough of the right nutrition.

I realized waiting was costing me. 
A life I had worked years to create was passing me by.

AND IF I DIDN'T ACT, NOTHING WOULD CHANGE.



But what I started to realize was: the relief was temporary. 

In the moment, food felt like the only reliable way to take a break.

It didn’t happen overnight—but over 18 months, I lost more than 60 pounds and have kept it off for years.

So I invested in myself. I started small—one step at a time—and slowly, things began to shift. I built a clear, repeatable plan that gave me energy instead of draining it.

I stopped chasing gimmicks and began focusing on nutrition strategies that supported my hormones and metabolism. At the same time, I learned mindset tools and got coaching on my very real stresses, so I no longer had to lean on the pantry to cope.

Our live coaching calls are on Wednesdays at 12pm EST (except for holidays). Don’t worry! You can catch the replay and get coached in our written coaching portal any time, so you’re never left stuck waiting until next week.

How much time do I need each week? +

Great question!! Once you have your plan locked in, plan for about 2 hours per week, here is the breakdown: about one hour for live coaching, 20 minutes for our weekly evaluations and about 10 minutes per day to run through your plan. THAT’s IT!!! (and I guarantee you’re spending more than double thinking about this problem not being solved).

Is this program only for professional working moms? +

No. Most of our clients are professional working moms, but it isn’t a requirement to be in this group. We work with clients across industries: physicians, attorneys, veterinarians, team leaders, business owners. If you identify as a professional woman with some perfectionist tendencies (and overachieving life stresses) you’ll fit right in.

How much personal attention do I get? +

You’re not just another face on the zoom screen. The amount of attention you get is the amount of coaching, feedback and mentorship is based on what you ask for. I tell my clients when they first come to work with me: I move at your pace.

We create multiple avenues for you to get coached, from our live weekly coaching calls to our written coaching portal. There is an abundance of space for you to claim and it’s up to you how you want to use it.

Between calls, you can submit questions, get feedback on a plan, get coached on a challenge in real time and you’ll get written coaching or feedback within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). You’ll also benefit from hearing other women get coached, which often gives you the exact breakthrough you didn’t even know you needed. You’ll never be left wondering what to do next.

What if my partner isn’t on board? +

I get the desire to have your partner on board, but more important for me to ask is: are YOU fully on board? If you are, how do you want to communicate the value of this program to get your partner on board? Do I need to track food or count calories? +

Nope. Our strategy is designed to free you from calorie counting and food trackers. You might be wondering: “Then how will I know how much to eat??!?” I get it ;) I used to think the same way. But when you learn how to pay attention to your gut’s natural hunger + satiety cues and give yourself the highest quality nutrition, you’ll be free of false hunger and extra intense urges and cravings to overeat.

I DO teach my clients how to do a “Tedious Nutrition Audit” which is a short-term tracking exercise if they find themselves stuck on the scale. Usually, within about 48 hours of doing the exercise, they find their exact strategic gap.

Will this work if I’m in perimenopause or menopause? +

Yes. Our process is science-informed and designed to support your hormone health at every stage. In fact, many women join specifically to feel more in control as their hormones shift.
