AND start turning uncertainty into a playground for bigger, bolder dreams.
You'll feel more present with your kids and partner
You'll reclaim hours of time each week
You'll let it land rather than jumping to the next “to-do.”
When you achieve your wins...
This coaching experience helps high-achieving women trade overworking and overthinking for bold decisions, courageous action, and deeply satisfying connection.
Every “free” minute gets filled with another task. And because you never stop for true rest, you burn time on fake breaks—scrolling your phone or filling your time with another “productive task” because stopping or having non-productive time feels too uncomfortable. It’s not just draining—it’s stealing hours you’ll never get back.
You love your family deeply, but between managing the house, running the kids’ schedule, and keeping everything glued together, real connection feels rare. You’re present in the room—but not always present in the moment.
You hit the goals, check the boxes, and climb the ladders—but pride fades in 24 hours or less. The satisfaction you worked so hard for slips through your fingers before you can even enjoy it.
You wait to feel completely confident or “ready” first before making the next bold move. That craving for certainty drives overthinking, getting stuck in the planning phase and ends up shrinking your dreams and leaves your joy stuck on mute.
Uncertainty keeps you small.
One misstep, argument, negative feedback, or awkward moment derails you. Instead of responding from your smarts, you react fast and regret it later—replaying it in your head long after it’s done, which follows you around like a dark and stormy rain cloud
Failure hits like a storm cloud.
You’re done waiting to feel “more ready.” You want to take bold action now, feel the discomfort of courage and expand your dreams… letting uncertainty become your playground instead of a reason you hold back.
The courage to go bigger.
When you misstep or face conflict, you can relax your nervous system, have your own back and also respond with calm, clarity and authority instead of spiraling into regret or replaying it endlessly.
Confidence when things don’t go perfectly.
Instead of cramming every gap with another task, you want space in your calendar and actually allow for real rest that charges you. You find yourself picking up new hobbies that spark creativity and relax your nervous system without it turning into a reels rabbit hold where you waste hours.
More time that feels joyful, not just busy
You want to move past surface-level conversations and to-do lists so you can enjoy your partner, your kids, and your friends with real presence—not just proximity with your most authentic self.
Deeper connection with the people who matter.
You want to hit a goal at work, in parenting, or in your personal life—and actually feel the pride, satisfaction, and joy of it for more than a fleeting moment. Feeling more pride, satisfaction and joy start to become the fuel that pushes you to dream bigger and pursue bolder goals.
Wins that actually stick.
If you’ve ever told yourself “once I finally catch up, then I’ll feel better,” you already know how the story ends. There’s always another project, another challenging season, another kid-task, another house repair, another chart open, another client question, another email waiting. The to-do list regenerates as fast as you check it off.
The real problem isn’t that you’re not doing enough. You’ve already proven your discipline and work ethic a thousand times over. The problem is that your brain has been trained to sprint to the next thing—without ever letting you stop and actually receive joy, satisfaction, or deeper connection.
That’s why more “self-discipline,” productivity hacks, or waiting for life to calm down haven’t worked. They don’t solve the root issue: overworking, overthinking, and the fear of uncertainty.
Why This Is Different
Show you how to stop living for the “next thing” and start building satisfaction and joy into the present so you soak up your life right now.
Help you create boundaries to reclaim hours of time each week from overworking, people pleasing and indecision.
Teach you to shed a light on your fears, receive your wins and let satisfaction, pride and joy fuel bigger, courageous, bolder action.
Turn uncertainty—the thing you’ve been avoiding—into your playground for growth, connection, and joy.
Instead of losing hours to rumination and busywork, you’ll get back meaningful time—by identifying what you actually want and feeling safety to pursue it in your relationships, career, and yourself.
Wins won’t slip past you anymore. You’ll train yourself to let success land, build satisfaction, and use it to fuel bigger, bolder dreams.
Overworking, overthinking, and waiting for certainty—not a lack of discipline—are what keep you stuck. We fix that.

I want to stop running from fear and instead know how to experience the highs AND the lows of pursuing bold goals
I want to have experienced my kids in real time without constantly thinking about the to do list.
I want to have experienced joy.
I’ll never forget the day I was playing Uno with my daughter and she stopped mid-game to ask:
“Mommy, why is your brow furrowed?”
I wasn’t mad. I wasn’t even particularly stressed. But even in that moment with her, my brain was at work—thinking about emails, deadlines, the next thing on my list.
It wasn’t just Uno. I’d be lying on the massage table for “self-care,” but running through my inbox in my head. I’d go on vacation, only to dread the workload waiting for me when I got back. Even when I hit a huge milestone in my career, the pride lasted a few moments before my brain leapt forward to the next goal.
I realized: I wasn’t just working hard.
I was working to work.
And the satisfaction I thought I’d feel at success? It was slippery—gone almost as soon as I touched it.
What I know now is that success without joy isn’t really success. It’s just another checkbox on a long list of to-dos completed by a very busy, overachieving woman.
And I don’t want to wake up one day at 80 and think: Wow, I really crossed a lot off my list.
It’s saying out loud what you really want (even if it feels scary or embarrassing), it’s in the courage to take bold action, to set firm boundaries, to say No when you’ve always said Yes, to be vulnerable with someone, and to sit with uncomfortable emotions—even boredom—without filling the space with more work or the next to-do.
The truth is, joy was there all along—in the quiet moments I used to label “boring” and immediately stuffed with more productivity (or mindless scrolling).
I realized that Joy doesn’t magically appear at the finish line of a goal without intentionally making space for it. We have to re-wire our nervous system to feel safety in bold actions, find gratitude in the process, but also to receive the success of our efforts.
You have to create space for it… and yes, even work for it to fuel the bigger, bolder life you’re meant for.
Inside The Joyful Project, we use tools that helps you stop chasing the next checkbox and start actually experiencing joy in your career and relationships. These are the four pillars that make it work:
The heartbeat of The Joyful Project. This is where we uncover the blind spots holding you back, reveal your hidden hesitations that keep you stuck, and challenge the old narratives running your life. Every breakthrough in joy, courage, and connection starts here.
You’ll learn how to set and hold boundaries —so your time, energy, and attention are directed to what actually matters. Instead of overworking or filling every spare moment with “just one more thing,” you’ll have a clear blueprint of what to say No to (and exactly how to say it). Rather than feeling guilty or resentful for people making requests of you, you’ll have a response you can rely on that protects your peace and time.
Fear and uncertainty aren’t signals to stop—they’re signals you’re on the edge of growth. Through coaching and practice, you’ll build the skill of accessing courage on demand, so you can say what you want out loud, take bold action, and stop waiting to “feel more ready.”
Wins don’t create lasting joy on their own—you have to let them land and slow down enough to recognize and acknowledge yourself in the work. This daily practice helps you shift from brushing past accomplishments to witnessing yourself in them. You’ll rewire your brain to feel proud, fulfilled, and satisfied by the progress you’re making (instead of sprinting to the next task).
Real connection isn’t built on keeping everyone else happy or people pleasing your way into being well likes—it’s built on being seen as authentically YOU, even when it feels risky. When you people-please, you abandon yourself in little moments, which is where connection is really lost. Inside this work, you’ll practice dropping the mask, facing the fear of rejection, and letting your authentic self lead. The result? Deeper, more satisfying relationships where your partner, kids, friends, and colleagues actually get the best of you—not your leftovers.
You’ll stay connected, celebrated, and inspired—without getting lost in noise.
A focused space to celebrate wins, share “aha” moments, and drop in insights.
We’ll have a private portal for our call replays.
Can’t make it live?
Our focus in this experience is the deep-dive coaching sessions to spot blind spots, dissolve old narratives, and translate insight into courageous action. Rather than filling your time with worksheets or curriculum, the learning is going to happen live, on the call— where we’ll practice nervous system regulation skills and of course, coach.

FOUNDING ROUND INVESTMENT
The Joyful Project is a coaching experience designed for high-achieving women who are ready to stop overthinking, reclaim their time, and finally experience the joy and satisfaction they’ve been chasing.
to bigger, bolder dreams—and no to what’s been draining you.
Courage to finally say yes
with your partner, kids, and yourself.
Deeper connections
(hours every week no longer lost to overworking, overthinking, and second-guessing).
Time back
Perfect. That’s exactly why this program exists. Most women aren’t disconnected from their goals because they’re lazy—they’re disconnected because they’ve been living in “shoulds” and “next steps” for so long they’ve stopped asking what they actually want. They’re waiting for the “best or right” answer to drive what they want. It’s simply a lingering fear around uncertainty that holds you back from making a choice.
This one sneaks in for a lot of women. Here’s the truth: when you’re overworked and disconnected, your family, your colleagues, your patients, your kids—everyone gets the leftovers. When you create joy on purpose, everyone benefits. Joyful women are more present, more creative, more impactful.
It will! And that’s the point. Growth isn’t cozy—it’s courageous. But you won’t be doing it alone. Inside the group, discomfort becomes your training ground for building resilience, courage, and true satisfaction. We’ll make space for joy without bypassing the hard parts.
High achievers have done plenty of personal development. The difference here is you’re not just “working on yourself” — you’re actually practicing how to receive satisfaction, create joy on purpose, and use that energy to fuel bolder decisions. If you’re still hustling from one goal to the next without feeling deeply satisfied, then yes—you need this.
I get it—joy can sound like fluff. But joy is deeply practical. When you have it, you stop procrastinating with busywork, you’re more focused at work, and you feel more connected at home. Joy fuels courage—the kind of courage it takes to set boundaries, advocate for yourself, or dream bigger. It’s not fluff, it’s a force multiplier: more time, more energy, stronger relationships, bolder action.
You’re busy—that’s a given. But that’s why this program exists. Overworking and overthinking are already costing you hours every week. By learning how to slow down, reclaim presence, and stop spinning in “what’s next,” you’ll actually get time back—time that feels spacious and enjoyable instead of rushed or wasted. This isn’t one more thing on your plate; it’s the plate itself, giving you back the capacity to handle life with more ease and joy.
I hear you—$6,000 is no small decision. But think about the cost of overworking, missed moments with your family, constant dissatisfaction even after hitting your goals. That invisible tax is costing you far more. The Joyful Project is designed to give you your most valuable resource back: time—and not just empty hours, but joyful, present, deeply satisfying time that fuels everything else in your life.
If you’re a high-achieving woman, you don’t need more discipline, more willpower, or another color-coded planner. You already know how to set goals and get things done—that’s never been the problem.
The real problem is this: most of us were never taught how to experience joy without hustling for it. We’ve been trained to push, perform, and prove. Wins get checked off like tasks, connection gets squeezed into the margins or that next PTO day a mile away, and satisfaction slips away before we’ve even had a chance to feel it.
That’s why vacations don’t recharge you, “self-care” feels like another to-do, and even your biggest milestones come with a side of “what’s next?”
I don’t just teach you how to achieve more—I teach you how to rewire your brain and nervous system so you can:
You’ll identify where you want to dream bigger (in your relationships or in your career) and claim those desires out loud.
You’ll practice small but bold shifts—like saying No when you’ve always said Yes, or actually letting yourself enjoy a win instead of rushing past it.
You'll start to slow down enough to notice where overworking and autopilot have been stealing your time.
Don’t wait for “someday” to feel proud, satisfied, or more connected—those are results you can begin creating now. Every week you wait is another week lost to overthinking and autopilot.
