Back when I was studying for my board exams, I was obsessed with rules and creating a strict study schedule for myself. I thought, as long as I follow the rules perfectly, then I’ll pass. We envision this ideal future and hitting a goal, and we think the plan is what’s going to get us there. However, when it comes to following through, we can’t always stick to the plan.
