Our brains are seriously fascinating. For years, I focused on everything I couldn’t have if I wanted to lose weight. Sure, if you run a tight ship counting and logging calories, our weight on the scale creeps down. However, as soon as we loosen our grip, we’re back where we started. In this episode, we’re learning how to recalibrate our brain and body, so those urges aren’t so urgent.
