Summer is coming up, so I’m sure you’re currently thinking about and planning family trips. How do you lose or maintain your weight, no matter where you’re traveling in the world? High-achievers like us want solid plans, but aside from the plan, it takes a solid mindset to maintain and lose weight with ease on a family trip.
I recently traveled to India with my husband and my two kids. We were there for two-and-a-half weeks, which is no small feat. It was a long trip, so I’m taking this episode to reflect upon what I was thinking and feeling that resulted in me losing one pound on this trip, which wasn’t even a specific goal I had going into it.
